I live in Boston and was introduced to Herby's when I was planning my sister's bachelorette party and needed special tulip arrangements based on a design I had before had another event. Michelle was able to replicate the design with her own special touch and my sister was delighted. Now when I return to visit my family in South Carolina or want to send flower's Herby's is my go-to! For Mother's Day 2026 I ordered the purse bouquet and she called after I placed my online order to coordinate delivery. With stellar customer service and attention to detail, my mother was delighted to return home from work on Mother's Day to be greeted by her surprise. Thank you Michelle!

If I could give her 100 stars I would. My dad loved to hunt and fish and we took a couple of items to her to make something outdoors for his casket spray and it was beautifully done. She added in all of the perfect greenery and flowers and everyone loved it. It truly honored my father and I will be forever grateful. ❤️

I have been up many shops in town & have had unpleasant experiences, almost from the time I walked in the door. On my first visit I was greeted by the owner, who also took the time to introduce herself & assist me. This is hands down the nicest & most helpful staff you will find at any flower shop in the area! Great staff. Awesome selection of flowers both prearranged & custom. There are also a number of other products they offer in addition to flowers that can complement a bouquet gift & literally makes this place a ONE STOP SHOP. The flowers are also VERY good quality. The ones I bought lasted about 2 weeks! I highly recommend them!
